STAKEHOLDER COMMITTEE
The Mid-Kings River Groundwater Sustainability Agency has established a Stakeholder Committee. The Committee is focused on advising the Board of Directors regarding policy and procedures of the Authority and development and implementation of the Plan. Committee members are appointed by the Authority’s Board of Directors. Should vacancies develop, the Board will select new members from the applications received.

Kings County Farm Bureau has formally opposed the Mid Kings River GSA’s Prop 218 fee study. If you are an affected landowner in the Mid Kings River Gas and would like to submit a protest form please click the link below.
Mid Kings River GSA
The Mid Kings River GSA oversees the management of groundwater resources in its area to meet SGMA objectives. The GSA works closely with water users, including farmers, residents, and businesses, to develop strategies that promote sustainable groundwater use and maintain the health of the Kings River watershed.
